Coping with Anxiety Therapy Group for Women
Have you experienced an increase in your stress and anxiety levels and it’s making it more difficult for you to manage your feelings and emotions? Has self-doubt, worry, and negative self-talk is feeding your insecurity, creating overwhelm, and stealing your confidence?
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Anxiety is a completely natural response to stress and situations that cross boundaries or get you outside of your comfort zone. But if your anxiety is left to fester, it can become crippling, steal the joy out of life. When anxiety is ignored or you try to dismiss the signs, it can spin out of control and become difficult to manage. It can cause you to make impulsive decisions or have impulsive behavior or withdraw from activities and people in your life. Anxiety has a way of causing incredible doubt in yourself and amplifies fear, mistrust of yourself, and diminishes your confidence, peace, and happiness.
THE MISSION
This group is designed to help grow insights and build coping skills while examining the triggers and stressors that activate your anxiety and cause you to self-doubt, lash out, or allow others to diminish your worth because of poor boundary setting. Working through your anxiousness in a group setting allows you to receive the help and support you need while you work to attain deep and lasting change.

Boundary Setting & Saying “No”
People Pleasing Tendencies at the expense of yourself
Low Confidence and/or self-esteem
Excessive negative thoughts and self-talk

Anxiety in Relationships
Anger & Irritability
Difficulty coping with life transitions
Avoiding confrontation
Parenting/coparenting challenges

Dealing with anxiety can be exhausting and feel isolating. Having the support of others that are dealing with similar experiences is a powerful healing benefit of group therapy. With the world in the state that it’s in, support from others that understand you, comfort you, and lovingly challenge you will help you battle your anxiety while creating a community of women that you can turn to and begin healing so that you to wholly embrace life and change.

Meets ONLINE. Weekly @ TBD
HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?
Groups will be held for 50-60 minutes
WHERE WILL WE MEET?
Online! Convenience meets Technology. All the tech used is up to ethical standards for Telehealth/Online Counseling
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN GROUP?
Group contains a maximum of 12 participants active in group but may change at any time.
WILL SESSIONS BE CONFIDENTIAL?
ABSOLUTELY! I take your Privacy and Confidentiality very seriously. All members of group will sign a contract agreeing to uphold confidentiality at all times.
*One exception is that I am a Mandated Reporter which means that if you want to hurt yourself, you want to hurt someone else, or someone is hurting you or someone else I will have to let the appropriate people know in order to keep everyone safe.
WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
All New Clients must complete a Phone Screening (15min - free)
Group will run for 60-min each week and cost $85/session. 12 Week Commitment
